1993
The company is founded, trading as ComPass Transport Systeme GmbH, and goes on to establish the extensive range of logistics services for the telecommunication industry.

2001
ComPass Projekt Logistik GmbH takes over the responsibility for logistics projects and in-house order processing for one of the world’s leading telecommunications companies.

2002
ComPass Security Logistik GmbH completes the range of products and services with high-value security services. Mobile telephony manufacturers and other companies in high-tech and consumer electronics industries avail themselves of these unique services, which gain increasing popularity.

2003
ComPass Consulting GmbH organises the administration and management of all operational units with the ComPass Group.

ComPass opens additional branch offices in Frankfurt and Budapest.

ComPass Holding GmbH takes control of all operating units as well as financial management.

2004
ComPass Logistic GmbH opens an office at Hamburg airport and uses it as a base for supporting a further TOP customer in the telecommunications industry.

Cooperation with New Times since May 2004

2005
ComPass Logistic GmbH launches its succesful ever cooperation with a forwarding agent in China, the New Times Transport Service Co Ltd, Beijing.
